90 days before (when you apply) and 90 days after (prior to renewal). I am not an expert like the admins of the group, but I am in that situation so I know a little bit 🤓

I totally understand ☕️ ! Thank you for the clarification and everything! I really appreciate the group it’s so helpful and accurate unlike most answers you may obtain in Thailand. Keep it up! 🙏

can I still report? (As I’ll be in the two weeks ahead period, when I go submit my documents for the re-entry permit)

Or it would be “useless” to do so? Since I am heading out on the 1st April? 🙏

thank you Ellie for re-assuring me! Because it is strange when everyone is treating you like you are the weird one… Will get the re-entry for all as I intended to! I hear it’s same day at the immigration?

(I am in Koh Samui, but I am in advance for my trip that’s on the 1st of April anyways)

Thank you!

You guys are the best!

I did 🙋🏻‍♀️ Although not for a tourist visa. I’ve dealt with them last month.

The whole family applied, my husband got it in 9 days.

While me and my kids in 25 days, even if our documents were complete, they wanted some extra clarifications… And when that happens, you resubmit - naturally, so the clock resets.

Hence it could take up to 30 days if you resubmit however it is very unlikely to have to resubmit extra documents twice.

Don’t forget it’s 15 business days, (in my case) but the system does update and the email/ visa will come.

You’ll be in Thailand, soon enough, enjoy!!

It would be based on “stay with the family” since my kids will be on an ED visa, so from what I gather below, it could work 🙂
