what’s the point of asking and then teling anyone who replies that they’re wrong? What anyone with experience with Thailand will tell you is that regardless of the visa you apply for, IMMIGRATION will see what you applied for, and WILL start to question you if you’re on soft power and keep coming back a year or two later. This is not stated anywhere, is not on any embassy or government website, but very much is documented in the vast amount of anecdotal evidence available in this group and elsewhere.

So many of the people in this group still dont realize that different nationalities are looked at differently when it comes to the chance of getting their DTV applications approved. A lot less ‘you didnt fulfil the requirement and that’s why you didnt get approved’ comments would be helpful

100% correct, not sure there are much better options these days either but for anyone who believes you will surely get approved as long as you simply fulfill the criteria, this simply isnt the case anymore.

DTV_BegPecker when you create the account to submit in the system, its one account per email address so i dont see how that would be possible, unless the agency was dumb enough to literally have the name of the agency in a whole string of emails

DTV_BegPecker no agency apply as an agency for their clients, all applications are made to look like the actual applicant so this is not correct
