She has to file, it really has nothing to do with u. But before u file ahe should have several visas from other countries first to prove to usa embassy that she is trust worthy. Usa is the hardest to apply for, so make sure she travels plenty to other countries first. And remember the embassy in Thailand bans you forever if they don't like you from ever reapplying again. So don't mess up her possible only chance

U know money vanishes in tthai banks. Happens a lot to both thais and farangs. I'd think real hard about moving all ur money to a Thai bank lmao

Has to be a marriage visa...just fyi I know an American with two adult Thai children, married over 30 years to a Thai, has tons of property, money etc....still was denied.
