My 90 day report in Samui took 2m 38 seconds (yes I actually timed it) my friend renewed his Non O for retirement the week before and it took less than 45mins.

Simple really. If you have NOT extended your original visa or exemption, Yes you'll get 30 days.

If you have already extended by 30 days, no you won't.
