The first entry doesn’t continue. 180 days starts every entry. Nothing to do with TDAC they can see it anyways

If arrive Thailand prior to approval you must leave Thailand and re enter to activate the DTV.

You don’t extend at 90 days , you do immigration reporting every 90 days just like all people stay over 90 days. Can extend for another 180 days. After which you can leave and reenter for another 180 days. Most people just leave and reenter after 180 days .

Alternatively, come and go as you please and receive 180 days each entry

No stamp in passport until arrival stating start of you’re 180 days. Yes print and hold copy of evisa as they will likely
