I did not need door to door as he flew inside the plane with me. They helped with all the paperwork and I did the paperwork with his vet in NY. It was not expensive at all! Talk with Sabrina. They are very nice and knowledgeable.
That’s a standard email. Double check that all the information you entered is correct and try to do it online again.. One thing I do think maybe the reason is your 90 day deadline is April 6 it may be a day or two soon to do it. I’m not exactly sure the number of days before and after you can do it online.
