It depends on your Immigration office. I sketched a rough bird's eye view of our house and the main numbered roads around us, and some major towns nearby. I also included our GPS location, and that worked for Udon Thani!

That is correct. Many years ago I had to go back to Nong Khai to get a dodgy stamp corrected. BUT, they may have eased that requirement now....

You can teach on a non-O visa, so keep it. From there you can obtain a work permit, so no need to get a B visa.
