When you know how Thailand counts days it's not a problem. As I said, the AI is made in English and it was the AI's way of interpreting my language that was the problem. I don't think Thailand counts strangely when we know that it's the number of days you stay in the country that counts and there's no reason for the day of arrival to be different.

You're right. 17 days in January + 28 days in February + 15 days in March. I counted myself and I agree with you. Don't trust AI like I did at first. Fuck AI 😂Took it for granted that AI could answer such a simple question 🫣 Tip for AI. Ask in English and not your own language. It will give more correct answers, so I learned something today that I haven't thought about before.

That's absolutely right, Raketten, but now something has changed in practice and then I don't see why people shouldn't take it into account. Do you?

What is written in entry documents matters and if you don't understand that much, you are brain damaged.

What you have written in your arrival notice has been registered and if you have no questions about it, then everything is fine. It is clearly difficult for you to understand that this does not apply to everyone. Any explanation of that would be nice? I've never been asked either, but does that mean I'll never get away with it if I go beyond what the Thai authorities want answers to?

Of course there are people who get in easily after November 2025, but many do not. In such cases it is important to understand why and then the practice that is being followed is more important than ever to understand.

I'm traveling down there myself in January and don't want to bring cash with me for the simple reason that they can't exchange my currency down there anymore. So I'm traveling like anywhere else in the world with enough funds to stay there until I die via my bank and credit card. What other reasonable choices would I have??
