no. 12* 65k in a bank account. I did have an income letter to but they wanted that verified in Bangkok so I showed the bankbook. They wanted a letter from the Thai bank that the money was transferred from abroad.

it was no problem to use that in september 2023 when I converted exempt to non o Retirement.

And as I see it nothing has changed.

Ochoa master card has nothing to do with this. This is Thailand problem.

If you need a credit card in Thailand, without a Thai income, you need to deposit your credit in an account..

and it's still going to cost you... I would love to get my currency converted into THB notes under 0.65 percent..... The cheapest way still requires at atleast 2 Banks...
