i had to get a lawyer because i *am* my employer and had to form my company, which is expensive.

some agents are good, some are dodgy. doing the paperwork yourself and getting it past Chaeng Wattana is a can of worms.

isn't your employer doing anything about this???

normally, it's possible, and normally, your employer should handle this. i have done with tourist visa before, don't know if they do with visa exempt stamp or not.

if you can get a work permit you can probably get an employment extension at Chaeng Wattana.

yeah an extension to a 90 day non B I got in Penang. Extensions of non B are proceeding normally.
