TLDR : Answer Summary
The community discusses their experiences with the Thai immigration app for the 90-day reporting process. Many users report difficulties with the mobile application, suggesting the web-based version instead. Some mention clearing cookies or using specific browsers to improve functionality. Others share plans to do their reports in person, noting regional differences in wait times. A few contributors recommend using agencies for assistance but emphasize that the 90-day report process is straightforward.

I just went 2 days ago to drive thru in Phuket Town Immigration, 2 min it's take, no any fine
given that 90 percent of what happens is based on papers moving around, how's that even a top 10 question?

Just used web based one. Waiting for approval/acceptance. Interesting as was using it for first time all my details popped up automatically

I do mine in Sri Racha, which is rarely busy anyway, so I'll leave it for a while. I would think the clock on the next 90 days starts as soon as you do this one - it might save me a visit in the long term if the amnesty is extended again. :)

I've tried it a few times without any luck. I've decided to just wait until close to 31st July, then go in person.
Anne Skeggs thankyou for your help. You might be right. I have tried again from another url and completed the firm but only got the following response. I will go locally next week.

Nick Cartwright At least you finally managed to get to the reporting page and try it. Now you can either take the 90 day reporting amnesty and don't do anything until the 31st of July OR go file a 90 day report in person.
Also remember you have had to file at least ONE 90 day report in person to get into the data base, you can only file a 90 day report online from 15 days before down until your actual due date, and you should leave the flight data blank if you flew in.
Good Luck, stay safe :)

I did mine on my laptop, and did the following:
Clicked the box for Eng (explained above).
Online service visa website
Clicked Apply for notification of staying in the Kingdom (over 90 days). The box also shows TM47
Scrolled down to the bottom and ticked the box 'I have read' etc
Clicked Accept
Next page clicked the Blue box
Filled in the form and sent it.
I received a response the following morning, saying my application had been approved.
Then I needed to do more stuff, but no need to explain that until you get this far!
It is just not working like you explain now. It is not even working the same as this morning. I have no option to accept and can not get to application form. None of the links to TM47 or other documents work, just say not found. I am not really worried as local immigration have said they are happy but I like to be sure. Already spent 2 days on this and now have no option but to go on to other issues.

Go to immigration.go.th: at the bottom of the page click 'enter website':at the top of the next page there is a box in white to the right of the words Immigration Bureau. It has a drop-down arrow. Click that and it will bring up 'eng': hope this helps
Thankyou Anne. The problem is with my phone and the site not being mobile compatible. I have made an application using a laptop but on submitting have been referred to local immigration and I don't think my application was successful. I did not get a reference number anyway. On trying to use the check application nothing happened.
the web based portal appears to be entirely in Thai and often brings up the thsi chana survey instead if something useful. Do you have the web address for immigration that is in English please.
these are 3 screenshots if what I get when following the link that you gave. All Thai and no way if changing to English tgat I can see. Maybe sure is not mobile friendly I can not tell you how frustrating I am finding this.
The first one was the correct link BUT seeing as you weren't accessing it from a pc you didn't notice (or it didn't display) the scroll bar on the right. You need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the terms, click the box and then you can clicjk accept to get to the reporting page
I didn’t mean to step on your toes by suggesting my route to report online. It seems that some days things work one way, other days another. These procedures need a lot of patience so I thought it prudent to offer an alternative that worked for me.
