we've had the same issue then blocked the card as we didn't respond despite updating to thai number. Currently try to.contact via operator

yeah, we turned up. Picture copy of passport and page with stamp in and paid 1900. Pay the 100 if not got these. Either way everything is printed out at the counter by the officer. Job done.

no, we hD 60 day visa and 30 day extended which is the max. Without going down longer term route

no form was needed. Copy of passport and visa stamp page, 1 pic, cash and they did it all.
