is there any new links or info on average Landlords being able to submit the TM30 online..? or is it only registered businesses. I know you sent a link before. It doesn't work. I am trying to find out if my Landlord can register.

What are the requirements and options for applying for a retirement visa in Thailand, including bank account and income verification?

You need to show in your OZZIE bank for the initial OA in Oz....If you go for a 12 month extension based on retirement later while IN Thailand, you technically need it in a Thai bank...unless you use an agent who ''arranges' it for you.

I always take more than 20k and proof of address. Why not...too easy to do...whether asked for or not....Be a Scout and always prepared....

No because an AIR BNB booking is not a hotel booking. You need the Owner's ID and house book.

For air BNB you need Owner ID and blue book. I saw some people who were staying in an AIR BNB who did TM30 at pattaya immigration. They just emailed the Owner.
