Also I found that: - Any employer who keeps or seizes the work permit or any personal document of alien worker shall be liable to the

imprisonment of not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding 100,000 THB, or both.

They do Photocopies. Haven't seen any service taking pictures or somebody who fill the forms.
