The Thai government encouraged businesses to switch to mask making and importing as there was big money to be made. Companies imported billions of the things and production machinery was sourced at great expense. Until those are life expired and the billions of masks sold Thais will continue to be encouraged to wear them at all times. If not the government might be sued !!

Yes we all have to have that report every 12 months. As regards leprosy, they get a group of people together for a game of poker. Whoever throws their hand in first doesn’t get a clean bill of health!!!

Do not pay any agency more than 5000 baht. If you have the 800,000 baht you can do easily. If not the agent will get you a visa fraudulently. If big joke gets you it’s you that will pay the fine and go to prison not them.

If it’s the final months rent that’s due and you have 30 days to pay it then the legally due date for all debts to be settled is the 5th of the month following. So your lease will have ended when the final date arrives. If they go to court the judge will order that the final month is taken from the deposit and the balance returned to you to settle any bills outstanding.

The landlord won’t risk it. He will pocket the 40,000 and walk.
