Make sure you downloaded the full version of your TD bank statement where it shows the ending balance, your name and address.

Yes the ending balance should be more than the required amount. You can attach copy of your employment letter, proof that this company is an operating company such as company registration, maybe there is a database where you can download the information in case your employer won’t give you a copy. You can also screenshot the company website. Just submit as many documents as possible to show credibility.

Anonymous participant A letter of explanation about your Florida LLC and its operations, the clients you work with, the bank statement of that company. As well as a screenshot of the US Embassy Austria website showing that the US Embassy is unable to certify your US-issued documents. Maybe this will help them understand.

Anonymous participant Perhaps you can write a letter explaining why you can’t provide such and such documents. If you have a lease in Austria maybe you can show it as proof of address there. Just upload the letter of inability to provide a document in each of those items. Perhaps they will have a better understanding of your situation.

Submitted an application this afternoon and the flight was not required. It went from Pending Document Check to Pending Approval within 2 hours after submitting.
