From what I've read the visa is valid for 5 years and you shouldn't need to however it may be prudent if you're going to train anyway to book the course - and carry proof of your past training and future intention to train - in case you get asked about it.

Unless you have related conditions it honestly sounds like a muay Thai visa might be a better route
