If the landlord/landlady doesn't go immigration to report TM30, you can do 1 year lease contract or she/he give copy of house registration(tabien baan) with copy of owner ID card to you , and then with those documents you can go immigration and apply TM30 by yourself but as far as i know , you will be fined 2000 baht for non-reporting within 24 hours, which i have been fined that amount once
That's my pleasure and sorry i could not help your situation which is the first time i 've ever known as Burmese Non.B visa holder as long as 12 years in Thailand , i also thank you contribute my knowledge about it
yes she has NonL-A visa and she is green passport holder, which is used in Thailand only for Burmese immigrant worker and she has ordinary WP(blue book)
You have Non.B visa like foreigner employees or Non L-A visa because as far as i know , Burmese employees are working as Immigrant visa and no need to cancel visa when they change job just cancel old wp by getting cancellation letter from old employer and renew it with new company( i mention details from my Burmese girlfriend and she has green passport holder)
Chiang mai immigration doesn't request a letter from your embassy for the reason why you cannot go back your country, instead, there is a printed form published by the immigration and you have to sign it as 'unable to return'
As i told you before, you can go to amphur police station at your condo location to register residency(a kind of TM30 form based on thai language), but strongly recommend to take an english speaker thai with you there as nobody can speak english once you go immigration for 90 days report, the mmigration will replace the form that you got in police station with TM30 and staple it to your passport
On oct 6th, you can go to room 3 directly without information section ,give your passport to officer and take a sit for a while till they call yoir name from the same window, take your passport into your bag, that's all, as i do every 60 day there
as far as my experience, if you work in the same school or the company, they will extend your visa by completing some paperwork provided by the school/the company, and also they will extend your work permit on the new page of the same bluebook, or if you start to teach in different school but in same province , you can renew your non.b visa by paperworks from new employer without leaving country
Benjamin Hays i mean that i entered to Thailand 9 months ago with Non.O spouse visa given by Thai embassy in my country and i didn't know that i could use 60 days covid visa without any documents when i went to CM immigr. to extend my visa and i mentioned my story about my wife to the officer and she told me that it will be better for me to use Non.O dependant visa next time with 400k without my wife present during application if i divorce and extended my 60 days visa based on Non.O dependant visa
Actually, i am legal married in Thailand but as long as 3 years, i haven't divorced yet and we live apart ,i have a daughter from thos marriage who is 9 years and lives with her mother ,that's why i use Non.o dependant which was changed by Chiang Mai Immigration from Non.o marriage visa when i attempted to extend my visa in Thailand initially
