I kindly would like to ask group member that I am currently working in one local Thai construction company and I want to change my work permit and visa to another international construction company in Thailand. My question is I want to cancel my work permit and visa by myself. Because my current company make a little difficult to me. And my next employer told me that they will submit my new work permit at the same day after I cancel my work permit. I knew about the process of work permit cancellation by holder is I need to fill the form and at the same day I need to cancel my visa with my current company and need to extend 7 days to wait for new one with my new employer.I want to know if I miss something that I understand about the process. Cause I am Burmese Engineer and my country situation is worse I can’t go back to my country. I read an article that I need an employer statement letter for canceling visa also . I want to know the sample . Thanks a lots for your help. Hope all you guys are okay with Thailand visa.
