If you arrived on a 60 day tourist visa you have to go to changwattana immigration.

If you entered on 30 day exemption you can extend for tourism purposes for 30 days for a fee of 1900 bhat. Just say you want to continue your holiday.

You can stay in a hotel and get them to do a screen shot and print it for you. They can file it for you very quickly.

about 900 I think. That was last year. It's called Bangkok Family Dental clinic . Right near union mall exit 5 from pathonyothin station. 2 min walk

Never been to BIDC so I can't say. I just know that compared to other places my friends have gone to, especially in the city Sukhimvit area, they are more reasonably priced.

In ladpro there are many . If you take a taxi to pathonyothin station union mall there are so many nearby. I'll send you the link to the one I go to. The dentists speaks English and its reasonably priced compared to the ones in the city.

What should I do if the Morchana app keeps asking me to upload my 5-day COVID test results in Thailand?

It didnt work properly for me . The hotel reports the test results to the ministry of health anyway. Although now they no longer do the 5th day pcr I'm not sure how they will keep track of the atk if app not working. I did 2 pcr at the hotel because I arrived before the 1st and have just kept the paper results.
