Why no try calling or emailing your realtor and ask for a copy? If they haven't done it, do it yourself.

-non-immigrant-visa

Non-immigrant type 'O' (90 days) done online through the consulate costs 800 NZD. Applying for 1 year ext. In Thailand will cost you 1900 Thai Baht.

Yep. Very useful! (Thanks, Ellie) Once people understand that it applies to ALL non-Thais entering, regardless of status, any confusion disappears.

Thailand Digital Arrival card. It's replacing the old paper TM6.

No 90 day report needed...but don't forget your re-entry permit if you need that?

Would the other alternative be for your wife to apply for her own non-O based on retirement (if over 50)rather than as spouse?

This would mean you both having the banked money, but would avoid any risks or complication?

If it's a UK passport, your old one is automatically cancelled when the new one is issued.

The visa needs to be transferred...and it's very easy to do.

Sorry...I assumed the author was applying to a consulate for a 12 month visa, from the 'multiple entry' reference. Obviously, for a 90 day visa, re-entry permits wouldn't apply.

Just apply for a single entry...then later, you can get a 'multiple re-entry' permit at Immigration.
