Not sure which office you are dealing with...but don't see why you'd even need an appointment for 90 day report?

In CNX Immigration we have a drive thru / walk thru window which takes 1-2 minutes...

90 day reporting is seperate from your visa extn. Unless notified by immigration, it's 90 days after your last report.

If all else fails, just do it in person. Drive thru at the Airport Immigration takes literally a minute.

Non-immigrant type 'O' (90 days) done online through the consulate costs 800 NZD. Applying for 1 year ext. In Thailand will cost you 1900 Thai Baht.
