Feels like although we have everything in place for the business visa, the O visa involves less paperwork. Am i on the right lines?
My 1 conceen is I have plenty of cash in uk and thai banks but currently no monthly salary to show(which is a requirement)
Im the managing director of my company but wont be on the payroll until visa and work permit 1st completed. Any knowledge on this situation? And many thanks
company is all legit running smoothly and everything in order, so extension should be no issue. So then there is no real advantage of which visa type?..thoughts please
on the same subject i agreed with your conclusion as it seems a lot of effort before i leave. But ive since found out that if i get my 90day Non-B visa now and am granted a Thai work permit, that im eligible to apply for the 1-year visa in London. I have everthing in order and this would give me a head start rather than waiting.
So the new question is, are there any issues with leaving Thailand to the UK?
Will my Thai WP remain valid even though i will be without a Non-B in the inbetween period of applying for the year Visa.
Does the 90 day visa terminate as soon as i leave thailand? If not should i try to apply for the 1 year in London whilest the 90 days still valid?
i read when doing in london you have to have all foreign docs translated to english. Does this mean all the thai business docs? as there are so many 😥
