If so then really not a major decison and seems best to just apply for the visa type that suits the individual and the one which they can meet the requirements easiest. For me that will be the non o if i can find a way around the salary issue by doing at a local im office that may be understanding of the prediciment

Ranong office were going to process my non b and i was just on an extension so i will ask them if they will do the same for the non o without the salary requirements. If so i think it then makes sense just to start it all on my return after the uk. Will update if i get any usefull info

I was going to do non b now but was advised just do in london

And theres really no way around showing a salary? even though i have massive investments in the company. So only by the complex proceedure of 1st getting a non b visa!

Im back in UK in less a 5 weeks so now seems like too much to squeeze in.
