If we're talking about the same thing, then yes! Just to clarify: with a DTV, you need to do the 90-day report in person more than once over 5 years (even if you extend your stay in Thailand). But if you do border runs, then you have to report in person every time you re-enter.

It depends. If you leave Thailand, the first time after coming back is always in person. If you don't, you can do it online.

You can do it online only if you haven’t left Thailand yet. The first 90-day report after re-entry must always be done in person. Online reporting is usually possible only if you’ve extended your DTV while staying in Thailand.
