I went into the local branch a few days ago and signed a form saying I waive verification by face recognition.

I applied for my daughter's renewal a few weeks ago with a letter from the school. On the letter, they used the word "enrolled" rather than attending.

My wife transferred our maid’s 2nd injection from BKK to Ptty but the only local location offered was at the sports stadium.

She had to fill this online form in but it is in Thai.

Is a hotel booking confirmation without payment sufficient for applying for a Certificate of Entry (COE) to Thailand?

I came back here in April and the booking confirmation ( without pre-payment) from the hotel was enough for the COE to be issued..

Just be aware that if you decide not to pay and change the hotel, you will need to apply for a new COE.
