Depends on exactly what you have. If you have a multi-entry visa that hasn't expired, you're good. If you have an extension to stay stamp without a re-entry permit you're out of luck.

Hotel will file TM.30 when you check in, not your responsibility. You could do it as well, but you would likely need a letter from the hotel saying you're staying there.

I overstayed by 4 hours a couple years ago, they didn't put an overstay stamp, a different kind of stamp noting the overstay, but approving it, no fine either. They let me off the hook basically. Every time I enter, the immigration officials look at, but it's never been an issue.

However after saying that, I wouldn't recommend it, you're likely going to cause yourself unnecessary grief.

If you never plan on coming back, you could chance it and hope you don't get arrested.
