I would reach out to the Accor office and inform them that someone used your details for a hotel booking. They should be responsible for communicating with the hotel. What is confusing is, how did the hotel contact you and why were they contacting you?

- With a DTV, if the foreign father has a DTV, they can also apply for DTVs for their foreign children. However, the father doesn’t get a DTV because they have a Thai child

Anonymous participant - you sure they were rejected and not canceled? Canceled usually have a good chance of reapplying and getting approved. Rejection is much harder

Were there any DTV applications submitted in Cambodia on April 4th and were any approved?

Cambodia takes 11 business days to process any visa. Weekends and holidays don’t count. April 7, 14, 15 & 16 were holidays.

Anonymous participant - You can’t apply via Hanoi if you are in DaNang. The embassy has a list of which provinces are allowed to use which embassy. DaNang is assigned to HCMC. This could be the problem.
