 You can try bringing only money to any bank. Then, let’s see if they agree to open an account for you.

- DTV visa

- Employment contract

- National ID card from home country or Thai Driving license

- Rental contract

- house registration

And a Thai agent/translator if you don’t speak Thai properly or the bank staff don’t speak properly English.
