Should we get an education visa before arriving in Thailand or after getting there?

if you do not have a return ticket or a flight to another destination, the airline may be held responsible by the destination country for flying you back home if immigration rejects your entry. That’s why they always insist on knowing youe next flight info or travel plans. Thailand is definitely becoming more strict on this as well.
