I flew to Vietnam 2 weeks ago the immigration did not ask me a single question. No insurance needed, no pcr test, no vaccine certificate. Only asked at the check in counter about my onwards ticket. Its like pre pandemic.
I was at MTT today afternoon. I didnt have any TM30 with me nor the officer asked me one. I finished less than an hour. Told to come back exactly after 2 weeks to close the under consideration stamp. No questions asked during my turn.
