Arrived on 31st July moving here one way from the UK, gave them the paper DTVs as had printed them for first time entry, but next time will try just showing on phone when I go on a biz trip in Sept (but will have paper one with me in case they ask…)

They never asked to see TDACs though. We were family of 4 = 2 adults and 2 kids.

I used Siam Legal in Bangkok for me and my wife and 2 kids - they are super helpful and responsive, and it was a successful application for all 4 of us. They charge USD 295 for the initial/main applicant, and then USD 195 for any dependants added on later, plus you still need to pay the DTV fee, which varies per country.

Pay an agent to handle it as they will inform you of the specific requirements for each country, as they have experience with multiple applications.

Anonymous participant 851 Exactly, well worth paying the small fee for.

Anonymous participant 762 People do this to ensure applications are submitted correctly, for peace of mind, there’s many rejections for people who don’t submit the correct documents.

Also a lot of people are very busy and don’t have time to do these things themselves.
