told you it started to happen, but you keep saying it’s a hearsay. Call it as you please. One IO will let you in, one will refuse your entry, another will cancel your entire 5-year visa. If you got a DTV to perform soft power activities and they find out you’re abusing it, it may not end up well. Not the first “hearsay”.

untrue. Client came to my wife showing a canceled DTV and told the story. IOs told him that they can visit this time for 60 days but need to get a retirement visa so the client came to discuss it. However, they got DTV soft power because they lack of 800,000 in savings and have not enough pension due to being self-employed entrepreneur for almost entire life to even mix both savings+pension. It’s the reason they got a DTV soft power. They were unaware that they need to continue soft power activities because trolls on this group advice that everyone will be okay and needs it just one time.

For as long as you got 500k and a freelance worker you’re good. Good luck with your freelancing mate there’s a ton of people that need help, go find them ✌️

Go to your branch and ask if switching to DTV will get it closed. I’ve got a guy that opened a bank account long time ago in Phuket as a tourist and it got frozen. The bank told him get a DTV 5-years. I was shocked it could be a case if I didn’t hear it first-hand. This is in no way verified, I’m just passing it over perhaps you also got a chance to continue having it on DTV.

it doesn’t matter. Your visa, your risk. He was above 50, retired, didn’t want to continue Muay Thai, got it canceled, was told to get a proper visa, they let him in for 60 days. End of story
