This same agent offered to get me a Thai driver's license. We did not discuss the price yet. Do you think it's worth it to use an agent to avoid doing all of the leg work and running around? She said I would not have to do anything basically.

Use an agent. 5,000 baht to open an account. I opened my account with Bangkok Bank on a lowly tourist visa
