They are improving... After purchasing an outdated tracking system (bio metrics) that wasn't an accurate system...

True money doesn't work on Tourist Visa... Must be Non class.. (I have Thai bank accounts)

I had to go back to tourist visa at the start of the month and my account was suspended...

I need to upload proof of Non class Visa(which I am waiting for new papers etc)

The request to revert to 30 exemption on arrival from 60 days is due to areas that have had unacceptable behaviour (on the streets or behind closed doors...DTV holders perhaps.. paid 10k baht for a tourist visa .hmm 5 year validation....) Read between the lines ...
