whole European Union. According to the regulations, the vehicle must be registered, but there are no enforcement regulations. This is lawyer talk, I won't bore you with it.

almost 5y, a lot of Thai don't have green book. no one will take your property if you have a purchase agreement. Don't believe for fairy tales.
