Hi. I fill out the form for a Non-immigrant (O) visa and there is information at the bottom:

Once in Thailand, holder of non-immigrant visa can apply for an extension of stay to 1 year from the Immigration Bureau.

How to do it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 1-year extension of stay on a Non-Immigrant (O) visa in Thailand, visit your local immigration office and ask for the specific requirements, as these can vary by province. Generally, you will need a Thai bank account with a balance that ranges from 400,000 baht to 800,000 baht.

You go to your immigration office and ask them for their list of requirements to apply for the 1 year extension. Each immigration office has their own requirements, so you need to ask the immigration office in the province you are in.

All of the Non-O 1-year extensions requirement you to have a Thai bank account and a certain amount of money in them, varying from 400,000 baht to 800,000 baht.

So you can apply for your Extension of Stay when you're in Thailand on the 90 day Non-O stamp and you meet all the requirements and you have 30 days (or 45 in some Offices) remaining on your entry stamp.
