I prefer Thailand over Philippines on several different aspects, people in Thailand very friendly & respectful, and helpful, Hotels food condos and so on cheaper than Philippines.

No matter which way you look at it DTV is your best and cheapest way and this DTV can only be obtained whilst you are out of Thailand.
