since there is no such thing as sponsorship all his friends could do to help would be to hire him . The link I posted has answers to all his questions - he can check the consulate page in his home country or in Manila for accurate up to date information as it applies to his situation.

The question makes little sense - if you have people who will hire you and get you a work permit - why ask ? They would know the process .

There is no visa co sign or sponsorship - the current process is well

You have asked about visa for her before , so the usual - try and get tourist visa … good luck during covid , enter USA , get married and wait for the immigration visits etc 6 months normal 1-2 years now … without green card no work . Is she age Appropriate? Do you have sufficient income and decent living in the USA? Or will she arrive to you bring not the vision of wealth she imagined ? She will be lonely , thais are tied to family and sangha , she will be cold … but lonely is the word I hear most often amongst the wives I know . Back to working - her education is meaningless on some levels and she will be starting at low levels of what ever she does and very low wages . Embassy find out what they are doing these days - I brought my Thai wife and baby in easy and green card no problem all smooth like clockwork - it helped we had been married with kids and I was known to embassy staff .. I’ve seen a lot of disappointment in Thai women with farang husbands over the years … hopefully you have solid foundations and a good income that can support two people etc … good luck - it’s a process… patience
