HK requirement is very hard so check well what they classify for Thailand. 21 days is the time you have to had spent in a country they deem not high risk to be allowed to do Test&Go.

Example your last 21 days was spent in Singapore.

They will check if your luggage is large. Normally Bangkok Air use small propeller planes so don't expect a Airbus or Boeing.

I did carry on my Samsonite backpack most likely 10kg no issue Phuket to Hat Yai. But we were two so normally they can split it across.

look around 150 you can find Wave or Click with some effort. I didn't rent any this time so don't have any direct leads but would just call one of those that deliver to you. Or ask some business use their connection. Worst short rental time is 200 per day unless I missed inflation. I saw that list prices of bikes gone up some so it is brewing.
