Apologies if I wasn't able to find the information. Just curious what is the local equivalent to [members only]/ that Thai use? Primarily property is out of interest.

TLDR : Answer Summary
For expats looking for local Thai equivalents to Bahtsold for property listings, the recommended websites include Hipflat and DD Property. Hipflat is useful for researching condominiums but often has expired listings, while DD Property is favored for buying, selling, or renting, despite some issues with its map feature. Additionally, many Thais utilize general marketplaces for various transactions, including real estate.

Loads of Thais use marketplace for absolutely everything. My wife bought land last year from marketplace, and she has added me to a few property groups

For real estate, Hipflat and DD property. Hipflat really only works for buying and selling though, good to research condos but most of the listings are expired or no longer available. DD property works the best in my opinion, buying/selling or renting though their map feature isn't very accurate.
