Why haven't I received my COVID-19 test certificate despite hotel confirmation of a negative result?
Did first test and received pass and certificate. Did 5 th day test and still haven't received my certificate but hotel have had email to say we are negative. Keep getting messages to fill in the morchana app with my results. Any suggestions ? Cheers

They need to know the lab number which is printed on the document and you then tick negative I uploaded the document as well just ask hotel to e-Mail result info is on letter

Ask hotel to update 2nd result for Morchana. I was never able to use the link. Not that anyone checked my Morchana anyways but I got it green but they kept sending update requests ;)

I've moved hotels now. Mine is green, very low risk, but keep getting update request the sameNiclas ***********
Yeah I got mine until I uninstalled at BKK airport. :)
