How can I submit my second test result in the Morchana app if it is not working?

Morchana notification to submit test result for second test. I got this today but when I click on Android it vanish and nothing is visible in the app. Anyone has been able to submit or know if there is alternative ways to do it? I don't stay in hotel.

Cannot get this app. Except in Chinese through Wechat. Not much good unless you understand the language. Thanks for advice

We talked to hotel.as Morchana woudn't work. They said take pics of results with phone and send back. We did this and many others do the same.

were you given a self-test? We were given tests but no instructions how to perform test or what to do with results.

Ha Ha Suzanne. Yes, we were given a plastic bag with some "stuff" in it for 2 people. After we got to our home I called up the hotel and asked what to do. As it turned out, maybe like you they gave us all the pieces but no instructions. I think they bought all the pieces separately, but not boxed kits. I prevailed upon the hotel on the phone to send us the instructions. I had to remind them quite candidly that they slipped up and it was their responsibility. They took a picture of the instructions and sent it to us. Between that and the internet we were able to work it out. We then took a picture of the results and emailed them back to the hotel.

So sorry Suzanne. I've checked everywhere and No. What I can tell you is that you just swirl the swab in uour nose and not jam it all the way up your nose. My wife says we did it in nose and mouth, but I don't recall. Just in the nose I thought. Anyone elses?

Email the result back to the hotel you stayed at for the first night. app didnt work for me either
