Absolutely anything can be achieved with an agent and cash 😂

People have been refused DTV’s and told to apply for ED visa’s in some cases so I would start spending money on a 6 month course if it’s only trying to get a DTV 🤷‍♂️

don’t need a visa at all to open a bank with an agent. Visa exempt stamp is fine. I can’t speak for every agent but 2 I use in Pattaya don’t require a visa

True. I opened one on an exempt at the exchange tower in Bangkok many years ago but stupidly didn’t keep money in it so lost it and didn’t have any luck after that so used an agent

yeh but when you provide evidence of this for the DTV they are going to want to see sufficient bookings I guess. I wouldn’t have thought they are going to issue a 5 year DTV if you have a booking for a month 🤷‍♂️. Could be wrong but I’m guessing that’s why they are already telling people to apply for an ED visa instead if you want to go to Thailand to learn
