Is there a waiting period for the extension to be given or is it immediate once funds & other requirements are verified by immigration office? Do all offices issue these extensions?

Why is it necessary to leave Thailand every 3 months on a Non-O Visa based on marriage?

So with multiple re entry you get 90 days each time. After the original 1 year is up can you easily extend for another year without funds or insurance?
