Let me clarify something, in order for you to pay taxes, your income / salary must be from a local bank here. When you pay taxes, you use a form we call it PND.1 for payment and PND.50 for you to claim back each year.
During submission of documents the officer will visit your office to check on your new staffs and will ask who’s in charge etc. if your business directors are foreigners and not based in BKK you need to appoint one local Thai to have the POA to sign on the documents during submission. Again same, once approve they will mail out the certificate to your office.
2. VAT Registration, during application and submission of documents, the office may request to visit your office/warehouse to confirm business type before confirming your VAT approval and they will mail out the PP.20 to your office once approved.
1. There’s 23 types (automatic inclusion) of businesses you can do on the DBD affidavit. If your business type is not included in the list, get it list in. You can add as many business type in the list.
