TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Thai Tax Identification Number (TIN), you should take your passport to the nearest Revenue office. It's advisable to bring someone Thai who can assist with filling out the forms. Additionally, be prepared to provide information about any passive income you may have.
Let me clarify something, in order for you to pay taxes, your income / salary must be from a local bank here. When you pay taxes, you use a form we call it PND.1 for payment and PND.50 for you to claim back each year.

I think all you take your passport down to the Dept of Revenue and apply for one.
