Bring someone Thai who can fill up the forms for you. Ideally, your passport / work permit to start with. Passive income coming in from?

Bring yourself down to the nearest Revenue office at your house area. Many branches at one area FYI. Check it out first.

Let me clarify something, in order for you to pay taxes, your income / salary must be from a local bank here. When you pay taxes, you use a form we call it PND.1 for payment and PND.50 for you to claim back each year.

I think all you take your passport down to the Dept of Revenue and apply for one.

Thanks for the reply, Todd. Do you know if it matters to them which visa I currently have?

As someone on an ED Visa, I'm not supposed to work. But what if I have a passive income? Any advice is much appreciated.
