Hi Folks ,

A friend of mine registering company in thailand right now while he is still staying in his country

I've guided him these steps

1.Set up a company (@DBD Department) and register it for VAT (@Revenue Department

2.Register four Thai employees into the social fund (@Social Security Department)

3.Thai lawyer applying for your WP3 (Work permit form 3) in Thailand (while you are abroad) (@Lobour Department)

4.Application for the 90 days business visa (@Thai Embassy)

5.Enter the country and pick up the work permit (@Labour Department)

6.Apply for the one-year business visa extension (@Immigration Department)

Just want you to look & re-confirm guys if its correct steps

Help and answers would be really appreciated :)

Could you please give a gross estimation of cost for all these formalities and licenses, including lawyer fees?

3. SSO, same as RD.

During submission of documents the officer will visit your office to check on your new staffs and will ask who’s in charge etc. if your business directors are foreigners and not based in BKK you need to appoint one local Thai to have the POA to sign on the documents during submission. Again same, once approve they will mail out the certificate to your office.

2. VAT Registration, during application and submission of documents, the office may request to visit your office/warehouse to confirm business type before confirming your VAT approval and they will mail out the PP.20 to your office once approved.

1. There’s 23 types (automatic inclusion) of businesses you can do on the DBD affidavit. If your business type is not included in the list, get it list in. You can add as many business type in the list.
