 I sent an email today after also getting the mailbox full/message size auto reply. Resized the photos by sending them through messenger to a friend and then resaving. FB resizes them for you! 🙂

I got a reply with the letter attached within a couple hours so I wouldn’t worry about the 5 day timescale they provide as was quick for me.
