Ok I have had my partner from the agency write a formal letter stating I am capable of working globally and specifically named thailand. We added some details about the nature of my work and payment agreements, contract length and the business legal detail (company house number etc).

The whole document was fit into one page thankfully and encompasses all of your suggestions. I will keep you all posted and thanks for all of your suggestions!
