Can I leave Thailand within the first two months of my new visa if I'm participating in the soft power Muay Thai program for six months?

Well not really... If you have DTV for Muy Thai you have to beat the biggest immigration officer in a fight before they let you out. Likewise in the case of cooking classes they usually ask to taste your pad ka pao mou sap kai dhao (mai sook) so better bring your own pan in a separate luggage.
